All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders

An order is considered received once it has been successfully submitted through our website.

Knit & Kind reserves the right to:

• Confirm orders before dispatch
• Refuse or cancel suspicious or incomplete orders
• Cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable
• Limit quantities where necessary

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.

Customers are expected to accept confirmed orders once dispatched.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Our standard delivery time is approximately:

3–5 working days

Standard shipping charges are:

Rs. 250

Orders of Rs. 5,000 or above qualify for free delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, holidays, remote locations, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Open Parcel

Knit & Kind allows open parcel inspection, subject to the courier company's applicable procedures.

Customers may inspect the parcel to verify the received product before acceptance.

Open parcel inspection does not mean the product may be worn, washed, damaged, extensively tried, or used before acceptance.

8. Returns

We offer a 15-day easy return policy.

Return requests must generally be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, items should be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Unworn
• In original condition
• With original tags attached
• Free from stains, perfume, damage, or signs of use
• Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

Items that fail to meet these conditions may not qualify for return or exchange.

9. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact Knit & Kind as soon as possible after receiving the parcel.

You may be asked to provide:

• Order number
• Photographs of the product
• Packaging photographs
• Video evidence where reasonably required

Approved cases will be handled according to our return or replacement procedure.

10. Exchanges

Size or product exchanges may be offered where:

• The requested replacement is available
• The returned product meets our return conditions
• The exchange request is made within the applicable return period

Exchange availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

11. Order Cancellation

Customers should request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and return conditions may apply instead.

Knit & Kind may also cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect information, suspected misuse, or operational reasons.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:

• May have expiry dates
• May apply only to selected products
• May require a minimum purchase
• May not be combined with other offers unless specifically stated

Knit & Kind may modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

15. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for activity performed through their account.

Customers should notify us if they suspect unauthorized use.
