We aim to make every Knit & Kind order simple, secure, and convenient.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within:

3–5 working days

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, high order volumes, or delivery to remote areas.

Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: Rs. 250

Free Delivery: On orders of Rs. 5,000 or above

The applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to provide a correct phone number and complete delivery address to avoid delays.

Open Parcel Allowed

Yes, open parcel is allowed.

Customers may inspect the parcel in accordance with the courier's applicable procedure before accepting the order.

Inspection is intended to allow customers to verify the received product. Product use, trial beyond reasonable inspection, or damage during inspection is not permitted.

Order Confirmation

Knit & Kind may contact customers through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method to confirm an order before dispatch.

Orders with incomplete or incorrect contact information may be delayed or cancelled.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal of confirmed orders may affect future COD order availability.

Delayed Orders

Although our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days, delays caused by courier operations, weather, holidays, remote locations, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Our team will assist wherever possible.
